【摘要】 對中藥渣栽培食(藥)用真菌的研究進行了綜述,概括介紹了目前用中藥渣栽培各種食(藥)用真菌的栽培配方、生長情況和生物轉(zhuǎn)化率等。同時根據(jù)中藥渣栽培食(藥)用真菌的特點,總結(jié)了栽培的要點。展望了以中藥渣栽培食(藥)用真菌的農(nóng)業(yè)循環(huán)利用前景。

【Abstract】 In this paper,Chinese herbal medicine residue cultivating edible and medicinal fungi were reviewed in detail,and its cultivation formula,growth condition and biological conversion efficiency were generally introduced.According to the characteristics of edible and medicinal fungi cultivated by Chinese herbal medicine residue,some key points of cultivation were summed up.Agricultural recycling mode whose main line was Chinese herbal medicine residue cultivating edible and medicinal fungi in future...
