【摘要】 袋栽平菇2潮后菌棒失水干縮,能否補水成為限制出菇的主要因子。脫袋覆土成了補水兼顧補養(yǎng)的優(yōu)良措施,方法主要有畦式覆土法和泥菌墻法,為了弄清兩者優(yōu)劣以便更好地指導平菇生產(chǎn),特進行比較試驗。結果表明,畦式覆土法更易于補水、補養(yǎng),不僅管理方便,而且出菇潮次多、轉潮快、出菇商品性高、生物轉化率大。相比之下,泥菌墻法在補水、補養(yǎng)上不易使上下層均勻,在上層已顯缺水時,下層還在水漬狀態(tài),且平菇易污染泥水而導致品質下降。另外,泥菌墻法中平菇轉潮慢,生物轉化率小,容易積溫。平菇2潮后菌棒畦式覆土栽培法是獲得高產(chǎn)的優(yōu)選措施。
