【摘要】 應(yīng)用響應(yīng)曲面法對(duì)液體培養(yǎng)得到的竹蓀菌絲體多糖的提取工藝做了分析和優(yōu)化。結(jié)果表明最佳多糖提取工藝為提取時(shí)間為43.0 min,料液比1∶34.2,提取溫度59.5℃,竹蓀中多糖的提取率能達(dá)到最大為4.65%。
【Abstract】 Using the response surface methodology,the polysaccharide extraction of Dictyophora mycelia was analyzed and studied.The results showed that the best condition of the polysaccharide extraction was extracting time of 34.0 min,the ratio of material and liquid was 1:34.2,and temperature was 59.5℃.The most efficiency of polysaccharide extraction can reach 4.64%.
