【摘要】 利用在人工栽培條件下獲得的翹鱗香菇(Lentinus squarrosulus)子實體,搜集擔孢子并分離獲得了103個孢子單核體,分析孢子單核體的交配結果可知翹鱗香菇屬于四極性交配型系統(tǒng);X2測驗結果顯示,供試翹鱗香菇菌種的四種交配型孢子單核體的比例符合1∶1∶1∶1的分離規(guī)律;研究中發(fā)現(xiàn)翹鱗香菇的B因子內部發(fā)生重組,產(chǎn)生了新的B因子,其重組率為0.97%。

【Abstract】 The mating system of Lentinus squarrosulus has been studied using a strain of the mushroom(strain 7-6) that readily produces fruit bodies on artificial media under laboratory conditions.Data obtained from mating tests conducted with 103 basidiospore monokaryons indicated that L.squarrosulus has a tetrapolar mating system under the control of two genetic factors,A and B.Chi squared tests indicated that the distribution of the four mating types among spore monokaryons was in accordance with the 1∶...
