【摘要】 選用雞腿菇(Coprinus comatus)特白36菌株和CC208菌株,采用5種不同配方進行林地試驗,從雞腿菇菌絲封滿料面所用時間、出菇時間、平均生物學效率和經(jīng)濟效益等方面加以衡量,探討速生林地栽培雞腿菇的最佳配方。結(jié)果表明,特白36菌株比CC208菌株菌絲生長快、出菇早、平均生物學效率高、經(jīng)濟效益好,更適合速生林地栽培;與其它配方相比,特白36菌株在配方C(63%玉米秸、22%棉籽殼、5%麥麩,5.4%石灰,1.8%石膏,1.8%碳酸鈣,1%磷酸二銨)上生長經(jīng)濟效益最好。
【Abstract】 Two strains of Coprinus comatus,Tebai36 and CC208,were cultivated on five different artificial growth substrates in a fast-growing forest area unsuitable for other types of cultivation.The substrates(A-E) contained 5% wheat bran,5.4% lime,1%(NH4)2HPO4,1.8% CaCO3,1.8% gypsum,and varying concentrations(%) of corn stalks and cotton seed hulls(A,85∶0;B,72∶13;C,63∶22;D,54∶31;E,45∶40,respectively).In the case of Tebai36,mycelial colonization and fruiting occurred more rapidly on all five cultivation s...
