【中文摘要】 六個野生銀白離褶傘(Lyophyllum connatum)菌株在3種不同的瓊脂培養(yǎng)基和6種不同的培養(yǎng)料中的菌絲生長速度大致相似。分別以棉籽殼、玉米芯、稻草作為栽培主料,當菌絲發(fā)透培養(yǎng)料后在1020℃變溫處理(±3℃)條件下,六個菌株都形成子實體原基,但只有在1015℃變溫處理(±3℃)條件下五個菌株能發(fā)育出成熟的子實體。這是首次人工馴化栽培出銀白離褶傘子實體。

【英文摘要】 Six strains of Lyophyllum connatum collected from the wild exhibited generally similar mycelial growth rates on three types of laboratory media and on six growth substrates containing either cotton seed hulls,corn cob meal or rice straw as the major component.All six strains fully colonized the lignocellulosic substrates,and formed primordia when the growth temperature was maintained between 10～20 ℃.However,only five strains developed fruit bodies,and then only if the temperature was maintained between 10～15 ℃.This is the first report of L.connatum fruit body formation in artificial culture.
