【中文摘要】 采用體外腫瘤細(xì)胞株(小鼠白血病細(xì)胞株L1210、人乳腺癌細(xì)胞株MCF-7和人腸腺癌細(xì)胞株SW620)的增殖抑制試驗(yàn)?zāi)Ｐ秃涂共《?流感甲型病毒和皰疹病毒)的篩選模型,對(duì)3個(gè)金耳(Tremella aurantialba)菌株菌絲體醇提物活性進(jìn)行比較研究?？鼓[瘤試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,3種提取物材料在高濃度(200μg/mL)時(shí),對(duì)3個(gè)供試腫瘤細(xì)胞株的細(xì)胞增殖均有明顯的抑制作用,其中以YK的抑制活性最高(對(duì)L1210、SW620和MCF-7的抑制率分別為89.4%,75.0%和64.1%);在中濃度(50μg/mL)時(shí),均表現(xiàn)出一定的抑制作用;而在低濃度(10μg/mL)時(shí),則均無(wú)明顯的抑制作用。抗流感甲型病毒和抗皰疹病毒試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,只有YK對(duì)流感甲型病毒表現(xiàn)有抗病毒活性,但此活性較弱。

【英文摘要】 Ethanolic extracts of mycelia from three strains of Tremella aurantialba were tested for in vitro tumor cell inhibitory effects using murine leukemia(L1210),human intestinal adenocarcinoma(SW620) and human breast cancer(MCF-7) cell lines,and for antiviral activity using A-FLU,HSV-Ⅰand HSV-Ⅱviral models.Significant inhibition of tumor cell proliferation by extracts of all three mycelial samples was observed at 200 μg/mL concentration.Highest levels of L1210,SW620 and MCF-7 cell inhibition,observed with extracts of strain YK,were 89.4%,75.0% and 64.1%,respectively.Lower inhibitory effects were recorded at 50 μg/mL concentrations,and only weak inhibition was observed when cell lines were treated with extract concentrations of 10 μg/mL.Antiviral activity,in the form of weak effects against A-FLU virus,was observed only in the case of ethanolic extracts of strain YK mycelium.
