【中文摘要】 本文研究了銀耳菌絲體多糖對(duì)小鼠免疫功能的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:每天灌胃0.5或1.0g/kg TMP,連續(xù)20天,不僅可明顯地促進(jìn)小鼠特異性抗體的形成,亦可明顯地促進(jìn)小鼠腹腔巨噬細(xì)胞的吞噬功能,增加外周血T淋巴細(xì)胞數(shù)量,延緩胸腺萎縮,并可對(duì)抗由CY所致的細(xì)胞免疫和體液免疫低下的作用。

【英文摘要】 The experimental results indicated that, Tremella mycelial polysacchrides (TMP) not only markedly promoted specific antibody of mice when it was administered into stomach at a dose of 0.5ml/mouse (0.5 or 1.0 g/kg. body) per day for 20 days, but also promoted increase of the T-lymphocytes in peripheral blood and phagocytosis of the peritoneal macrophage. TMP can resist the depression of the humoral and cellular immune function caused by CY. It is thus possible that TMP may be related to immunological function.
