【摘要】 按照傳統(tǒng)不親和性因子測定方法,通過真、假鎖狀聯(lián)合的有無,鑒定6個金頂側(cè)耳菌株的不親和性因子,結(jié)果表明,金頂側(cè)耳菌株具有不親和性因子多樣性的特點,6株金頂側(cè)耳菌株除蕈谷2號榆黃蘑與張榆具有相同的A1A3B1B3不親和性因子外,榆黃P103、RYH1、RYH2、榆黃菇分別具有A1A2B1B2、A4A5B4B5、A4A6B4B6、A7A8B7B8不親和性因子,能形成遺傳特性不同的雙核體有153個,并計算出金頂側(cè)耳A、B因子的不親和性因子數(shù)均為55,估算金頂側(cè)耳可能存在的不親和性因子總數(shù)為3 025個。 更多還原
