【中文摘要】 測定了稻草、谷殼、亞麻屑三種栽培料及其栽培的大球蓋菇(Stropharia rugoso-annulata)子實體中三種重金屬(鉛Pb、鎘Cd、砷As)的含量,并比較了栽培前和第一潮菇出菇后栽培料中重金屬含量的變化。試驗結(jié)果表明,谷殼栽培的大球蓋菇子實體中的有害重金屬Pb、Cd、As含量均低于《食用菌衛(wèi)生標準》和《綠色食品標準——食用菌》中規(guī)定的限值,因此,谷殼是適宜大球蓋菇栽培的栽培料。

【英文摘要】 Pb,Cd and As levels were determined in straw,rice chaff and flax residue before use as a growth substrate for Stropharia rugoso-annulata cultivation,after harvest of the first mushroom flush,and in the mushroom fruit bodies.The Pb,Cd and As contents of S.rugoso-annulata fruit bodies cultivated on rice chaff were all within the maximum limit allowed by the Hygienic Standards for Edible Fungi and the Green Food Standard(Edible Fungi).Therefore,rice chaff is a suitable substrate for S.rugoso-annulata cultivation.
