【中文摘要】 試驗比較了雙孢蘑菇不同菌株的菌絲生長特性、生育期、子實體性狀和生物學(xué)效率等,從中篩選出了適合我國設(shè)施化和規(guī)模化栽培的優(yōu)良雙孢蘑菇菌株。

【英文摘要】 Mycelial growth characteristics,growing period,fruit body morphology and biological efficiency of four Agaricus bisporus strains were compared in order to select a high quality strain of A.bisporus suited for industrial-scale cultivation in China.
