【中文摘要】 測定了巨大口蘑子實體中氨基酸、礦質(zhì)元素、多糖、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、灰分和粗纖維含量。結果表明,在測定的18種氨基酸中,8種必須氨基酸含量占氨基酸總量的40.63%;礦質(zhì)元素K、Na、Ca、Mg、Cu、Fe、Zn、Mn和Si含量分別是17654.35、1644.28、177.96、909.26、184.12、171.54、102.01、3.91和1.28mg/kg;多糖、粗蛋白質(zhì)、粗脂肪、灰分和粗纖維含量分別是11.59%、36.59%、4.26%、6.31%和9.43%。

【英文摘要】 <Abstrcat> The content of nutrition components in Tricholoma giganteum fruitbodies was determined. The experiment results showed that the content of 8 kinds of essential amino acids in 18 kinds of amino acids was 40.63%, and that the contents of mineral elements such as K, Na, Ca, Mg, Cu, Fe, Zn, Mn and Si in T. giganteum fruitbodies were 17654.35, 1644.28, 177.96, 909.26, 184.12, 171.54, 102.01, 3.91 and 1.28mg/kg respectively;while the contents of polysaccharide, crude protein, crude fat, ash and crude fiber in T. giganteum fruitbodies were 11.59%, 36.59%, 4.26%, 6.31% and 9.43% respectively.
