【中文摘要】 概述了食用菌子實(shí)體發(fā)生時(shí)菌絲部分生化成分與培養(yǎng)基物理性質(zhì)的變化 ,有益微生物對(duì)子實(shí)體發(fā)生的誘導(dǎo)作用 ,特殊表達(dá)的基因與特異蛋白分離等方面的研究進(jìn)展

【英文摘要】 Research advances in the aspects of changes in the biochemical components of the mycelia and the physical characteristics in the medium, the induction of beneficial microbes for the fruitbody initiation and the separation of the specially expressed genes and particular proteins in the fruitbody formation of edible fungi were summarized in this paper.
