【中文摘要】 　從培養(yǎng)基、碳源、氮源、酸堿度等方面探討了羊肚菌菌絲的生物學特性。試驗結(jié)果表明 ,羊肚菌菌絲適宜在黃豆芽 玉米粉 黃豆粉培養(yǎng)基上生長 ;菌絲生長的最適 pH為 6～ 7;在以可溶性淀粉為碳源、蛋白胨為氮源的培養(yǎng)基中生長較好 ;采用棉籽殼 木屑 北芪渣培養(yǎng)基 ,菌絲生長最快。

【英文摘要】 The biological characteristics of Morchella conica mycelia were reported in this paper. The experiment results indicated that the dry weight of the mycelia was high in soybean bud corn powder soybean powder medium, that the optimal pH,the appropriate carbon source and suitable nitrogen source for the mycelial growth of M. conica were 6.0～7.0,soluble starch and peptone resp., and that the mycelia grew fastest in the medium of cotton seed hull sawdust residue of Astragalus membranaceus (Fishch.) Bunge.
