【中文摘要】 以蘋果樹修剪枝桿為主要原料栽培的香菇 ,其菌絲生長、原基分化與發(fā)育、子實體產量與品質均優(yōu)于用青岡木為原料栽培的香菇 ,生物學效率可以達到 133.6% ,花菇率達到 79%。研究結果表明 ,蘋果樹修剪枝桿可以作為栽培香菇的優(yōu)質原材料 ,這為我國北方果區(qū)大量蘋果樹修剪枝桿的開發(fā)利用提供了依據(jù)
【英文摘要】 It was identified that shiitake (Lentinula edodes) cultivated with the branches and trunks of apple tree was superior to that cultivated with Quercus glandulifera BL. in the aspectsof mycelial growth, the differentiation and development of the primordia, as well as the yield and the quality of the fruitbodies. And it was showed in our reseach that the biological efficiency was as high as 133.6% and the rate of rimous shiitake accounted for 79%. So it was confirmed that the pruned apple tree branches and trunks were high quality compost for cultivating shiitake. And the result provided a theory basis for the application of large quantity of pruned apple tree branches and trunks for the cultivation of shiitake in the apple production areas in the north of China.
