【中文摘要】 就溫度、濕度、光照和通氣等主要環(huán)境因子對香菇子實體發(fā)生和發(fā)育的影響 ,類脂物、蛋白酶抑制劑和子實體形成誘導物等外源添加物與子實體形成的關系以及與子實體形成相關的酶學研究進展進行了綜述 ,并討論了香菇發(fā)育生理研究的方向。
【英文摘要】 The effect of environmental factors, such as temperature, relative humidity, light,aeration and content of water in the substrate on the formation and development of fruitbodies of Lentinula edodes was reviewed. The relationship between the exterior components including lipid, proteinase inhibitor and inducer of fruitbodies added to the substrate and the formation of fruitbdies was also briefly described. And the recent progress in the study of enzymology concerning the occurrence of primordia was reported, while the future research direction of the developmental physiology of Lentinula edodes was suggested in this paper too.
