【中文摘要】 隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的飛躍發(fā)展和多學(xué)科的相互滲透,生物工程技術(shù)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,并在各個(gè)領(lǐng)域不斷深入發(fā)展。本文綜述了細(xì)胞工程、發(fā)酵工程、基因工程和酶工程在草菌領(lǐng)域的研究概況。

【英文摘要】 With the rapid development of science and technology, and the interaction of multi - branches of learning, the biotechnology arose at the historic moment and developed continuously in depth at various fields. And the development trend of cell engineering, fermentation engineering, gene engineering and enzyme engineering in the field of mushrooms was summarized in this paper.
