【中文摘要】 Cr-20、Cr-62是以引進(jìn)香菇菌株7917和本地菌株L-21為親本,采用不預(yù)先測(cè)定極性,由單孢菌絲直接雜交組合的方法,經(jīng)初篩、復(fù)篩和生產(chǎn)性試驗(yàn)獲得的香菇新菌株。與首批雜交菌株Cr-02相比,Cr-20和Cr-62具有朵形較大,菌肉肥厚等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。已獲得廣泛應(yīng)用并取得良好社會(huì)效益。

【英文摘要】 New strains of Lentinula edodes Cr-20 and Cr-62 were bred by direct crossing of monospore mycelium of the parent strain 7917 and the local strain L-21 through primary and secondary screening and production test without predetermination of the polarity. Comparing with the first group hybrid strain Cr-02, Cr-20 and Cr-62, with bigger fruitbody and thick pileus, were extended extensively. And great social benefits have already been achieved.
