【中文摘要】 試驗對5個香姑菌株進(jìn)行簡易開放式栽培并觀察其特性,發(fā)現(xiàn)菌絲生長速度、鎖狀聯(lián)合數(shù)與生物學(xué)效率相關(guān)性不密切;香菇的酶活性、子實體形成所需時間、子實體單重、菌蓋重與生物學(xué)效率密切相關(guān)。

【英文摘要】 The results indicated that the mycelium growth rate and the numbers of clamp connection were not closely correlated to the biological efficiency of L. edodes, and that the enzyme activity, initial fruitbody formation period, single fruitbody weight and pileus weight were significantly correlated to the biological efficiency of L. edodes through cultivation investigation of 5 strains in non-sterilized way.
