【中文摘要】 鐮刀菌病害是四川省袋栽毛木耳的主要病害,從各主產(chǎn)地采集的16個(gè)耳袋樣品中分離到20個(gè)菌株,鑒定結(jié)果顯示它們同屬一種鐮刀菌,即茄腐皮鐮孢霉[Fusarium solani（Mart.）Sacc.].本文描述了該病菌的培養(yǎng)特征、形態(tài)特性、癥狀及發(fā)病規(guī)律。研究表明,毛木耳是鐮刀菌在食用菌中的一個(gè)新寄主。

【英文摘要】 Fusarium pathogens were the most important pathogens infecting Auricularia polytricha (Mont.) Sacc. cultivated with plastic bags in Sichuan Province. Twenty Fusarium isolates were obtained in 16 samples of plastic-bag-cultivated hairy wood ear collected from different parts of Sichuan Province. Identified from these isolates, it was found that this kind of Fusarium pathogen belonged to Fusarium solani (Mart.) Sacc.. Its culture features, morphological characteristics, infection symptoms and pathogenetic regularity were described in this paper. The investigation results indicated that Auricularia polytricha was a new edible mushroom host of Fusarium pathogens.
