【中文摘要】 食(藥)用菌具有降血糖、抗癌等多種藥理作用。隨著糖尿病發(fā)病率的攀升,對(duì)于其降血糖活性的研究日益受到重視。綜述了國內(nèi)外對(duì)蟲草、姬松茸、樺褐孔菌、靈芝、灰樹花、黑木耳、猴頭菌等一系列食(藥)用菌的降血糖功效及機(jī)理作用研究,以期為食(藥)用菌在抗糖尿病方面的研究及應(yīng)用提供參考。

【英文摘要】 Edible fungus have a wide range of pharmacological effects.With the rising of incidence of diabetes mellitus,the research on anti-diabetics function of edible and medical fungi has been studied increasingly.The function and mechanism both at home and abroad about Cordyceps sinensis,Agaricus blazei Murill,lnonotus obliquus,Ganoderma lucidu,Grifola frondosa, Auricularia auricular,Hericium erinaccus and so on were summarized,so as to offer some references about the study and applications on anti-diabetics.
