【中文摘要】 對(duì)組織分離法應(yīng)用于食用菌選擇育種工作的意義、理論依據(jù)、應(yīng)注意的方法和原則等進(jìn)行了概述,列舉了一些成功的實(shí)例,討論了與組織分離選擇育種法有關(guān)的問(wèn)題。

【英文摘要】 The significance,theoretical basis and needing attention in practical operation on tissue isolation in edible fungus for selective breeding,enumerated several successful events of the tissue isolation were summarized in this paper,and discussed the problems related to the tissue isolation.
