【中文摘要】 培養(yǎng)料中添加不同濃度的Pb、As、Hg、Cd,研究這些元素對金針菇菌絲生長和子實體產(chǎn)量的影響。結果表明,低濃度的Pb、As、Cd促進菌絲生長,菌絲生長速度隨著Hg添加濃度的增加而提高;盡管不同濃度的Pb、As、Hg會顯著降低金針菇生物學效率,而添加低于5ppm的Cd,生物學效率隨添加濃度的升高也會逐漸提高,說明金針菇對重金屬毒害的抗性強。
【英文摘要】 Heavy metals Pb, As, Hg, Cd with different concentration were appended in culture medium. The study on effect of heavy metal on growth and yield in Flammulina velutipes was taken. As a result, the hypha growth was promoted by heavy metals Pb, As, Cd with low concentration, and the hypha growth speed was accelerated with increasing Hg. The yield and biological efficiency were reduced by Pb, As, Hg with different concentrations, and biological efficiency was accelerated with increasing Cd which under 5 ppm. The resistance to heavy metals in Flammulina velutipes was strong.
