【中文摘要】 羧甲基茯苓多糖 (CMP)對小鼠腫瘤U-14 、昆明種小鼠肉瘤 -180 肝癌H2 2 、小鼠Lweis肺癌有抑制作用。CMP能明顯增強荷瘤小鼠腹腔巨噬細胞的吞噬功能、小鼠脾抗體分泌細胞數(shù)以及特異的抗原結合細胞數(shù)及小鼠對牛血清白蛋白誘導的遲發(fā)型超敏反應。CMP具有間接抗病毒、保肝與催眠作用。CMP能誘導人血淋巴細胞產(chǎn)生干擾素、白細胞介素、腫瘤壞死因子與粒 -巨噬細胞集落刺激因子。CMP靜脈注射小鼠的LD50 為 3 13± 0 14g/kg。CMP 313mg/ (kg·d)連續(xù)靜脈注射 3個月 ,犬沒有呈現(xiàn)毒副作用。CMP 2 5 0mg/kg腹腔注射小鼠無致突變結果、大鼠無致畸胎結果。CMP 313mg/kg靜脈注射家兔 ,4 8h后血濃中CMP基本消失

【英文摘要】 Carboxymethylpachymaran(CMP)has inhibitive function to U-14 of tumour of ICR/JCL species little mouse,S-180 of sarcomas and liver cancer H22 of Kunming Species little mouse and Lewis lung cancer of C57 purified species little mouse.CMP can strengthen obviously the engulf function of macrophage cell in abdominal cavity of little mouse with tumour.Increase the quantity of secrete cell of spleen antibody of little mouse and quantity of peculiar antigen combine cell obviously.Strengthen the deferring type hypersensitivity of the little mouse to induce of the blood serum albumen of the ox.CMP has the function of indirect antivirus,protecting the liver and lulling.CMP can induce human peripheral blood lymphocyte to produce interferon,interleukin,tumor necrosis factor and granulocyte macrophage colony-Stimulating factor.The LD50 of CMP intravenous injecting on little mouse is(3.13±0.14)g/kg,on dog is 313 mg/(kg·d).Continuous intravenous infection for 3 months,there is no poison...更多 side effect occur.Using CMP 250 mg/kg to conduct abdominal cavity injection on little mouse doesn't cause sudden change.Using CMP 250 mg/kg to conduct abdominal cavity injection on little mouse doesn't cause the deformity embryo.Using CMP 313 mg/kg to conduct intravenous injection on rabbit,the CMP in the blood vanish mainly after 48 hours.  還原
