【中文摘要】 用東莨菪堿造成小鼠記憶獲得障礙或用亞硝酸鈉破壞小鼠記憶鞏固,用明暗箱法來觀察菌絲酒提物對小鼠學(xué)習(xí)記憶障礙的改善作用;用斷頭喘息法觀察菌絲酒提物的抗氧化作用;用游泳法觀察菌絲酒提物的抗疲勞作用。結(jié)果顯示,小鼠灌胃菌絲酒提物能明顯延長避暗實(shí)驗(yàn)中記憶障礙小鼠從明場進(jìn)入暗場的潛伏期,減少錯誤次數(shù);能顯著延長小鼠斷頭喘息時(shí)間和小鼠在冷水中的游泳時(shí)間。說明菌絲酒提物具有較強(qiáng)的改善小鼠學(xué)習(xí)記憶障礙、抗氧化作用和抗疲勞作用。

【英文摘要】 Mice were given Flammulina velutipes(FV)(0 5g/kg,1g/kg and 1 5g/kg)orally twice before experiments.Learning and memory impairment was induced by injection of scopolamine(1mg/kg,ip)or NaNO 2(120 mg/kg,ip),and the step-through test was performed.The gasping time of mice after decapitation was used to evaluate the effect of FV on hypoxia.Swimming experiment was performed to observe the effect of FV on fatigue in mice.Results indicated FV(0 5g/kg,1g/kg and 1 5g/kg,p.o.)significantly decreased the latencies and error frequency of mice in the step-through test,and prolonged the gasping time of decapitated mice and the swimming time of normal mice.These data showed that FV significantly improved the learning and memory impairment induced by scopolamine or NaNO 2,and showed strong protective action on hypoxia and improvement of fatigue.
