【中文摘要】 對江西贛南北部林區(qū)的野生梨菇進行了化學(xué)成分分析,結(jié)果表明,它含金屬元素15種、粗蛋白含量達27 52%、氨基酸含量達23 98%,是一種很優(yōu)秀的野生食用菌。

【英文摘要】 Analysis of chemical composition for wild R.cyanoxantha.f peltteeraiu in the northern forest region,Gannan Jiangxi,was made.The results indicated that the R.cyanoxantha.f peltteeraiu contains 15 kinds of metal elements,and the crude protein content and the amino acid content reach 2752% and 2398% respectively.The R.cyanoxantha.f peltteeraiu is a kind of the excellent wild edible fungus.
