【中文摘要】 本文研究了滇產(chǎn)牛肝菌屬（Ｂｏｌｅｔｕｓ）的５個(gè)常見(jiàn)種的酯酶（ＥＳＴ）和過(guò)氧化物酶（ＰＯＤ）的同工酶。結(jié)果表明，（１）不同種牛肝菌子實(shí)體的ＥＳＴ和ＰＯＤ同工酶譜之間既有某些共同的特征，又各自具有本物種的特有特征；（２）５種牛肝菌子實(shí)體的ＥＳＴ和ＰＯＤ同工酶譜比較穩(wěn)定，是一項(xiàng)穩(wěn)定的分子水平的重要指標(biāo)，完全可以作為鑒定牛肝菌屬種類(lèi)的重要依據(jù)。

【英文摘要】 The Esterase (EST)and Peroxidase(POD)isozymes of 5 specieses common Boletus in Yunnan were studied.The results show:(1)the different specieses of Boletus not only have some common characters of EST or POD isozymes,but each one has its unique characters of EST or POD isozymes.(2)the EST and POD isozymes of the body of 5 specieses Boletus are very stable.The EST isozymes or POD isozymes is an important stable indicator in molecular level,and can be used as an important indicator of classiffication of Boletus.
