【中文摘要】 猴頭菌點(diǎn)種法單孢分離是在注射法和稀釋法基礎(chǔ)上改進(jìn)的一種單孢分離方法。經(jīng)７５２次單孢分離，已成功獲得１４６個(gè)單核菌絲。單孢率為４４．４％，雙孢率不足１％，零孢率為５４．６％。實(shí)驗(yàn)證明點(diǎn)種法單孢分離可靠，且點(diǎn)種器制作簡(jiǎn)單，取材方便成本低，是目前較適宜普及推廣應(yīng)用的單孢分離方法。

【英文摘要】 Based on the injection method and the dilution method,the drop culture method(DCM)was designed for the monospore isolation of Hericium erinaceus of 752 drops,onespore drops was 44.4%, two spore drops less than 1%and spore-free drops 54.0%,Theresults showed the DCM was effective and practicable, and the instrument for the DCM was simple and inexpensive.
