【摘要】 測定猴頭菌(Hericium erinaceus)華中猴頭菌株不同生長發(fā)育期子實體中的粗蛋白、粗多糖和水溶性粗多糖中β-葡聚糖含量,并研究不同生長發(fā)育期子實體粗多糖體外刺激巨噬細胞產(chǎn)生NO的活性變化規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,供試菌株不同生長發(fā)育期子實體的粗蛋白、粗多糖和β-葡聚糖含量以及粗多糖體外刺激巨噬細胞產(chǎn)生NO的活性均存在顯著或極顯著差異,隨著生長發(fā)育的進行,猴頭菌子實體中粗蛋白含量總體上呈下降的趨勢(小菌刺期比前一時期有所增加),而多糖含量則總體呈上升趨勢(小菌刺期比后一時期高),β-葡聚糖含量呈先快速上升后平穩(wěn)的趨勢;分裂期粗多糖在濃度500μg/mL時對RAW264.7釋放NO的促進作用較強。

【Abstract】 Fruit bodies of Hericium erinaceus,strain Huazhong,were harvested at seven different developmental stages,dried and pulverized to pass a mesh size of 0.9 mm.Determination of protein levels in the powdered material,and polysaccharide levels in crude aqueous extracts,revealed that,in general,the former decreased as mushroom development progressed whereas the latter increased.The concentration of β-glucan in extracted polysaccharide material was much higher in samples taken at the second developmen...
