文摘 研究了靈芝(Ganoderma lucidum)CJXN-9802的原生質(zhì)體形成和影響原生質(zhì)再生的各因素,其中包括酶,溫度,滲透壓調(diào)節(jié)劑和菌齡等.并對靈芝原生質(zhì)體進(jìn)行了紫外照射誘變,篩選獲得了快速生長的誘變菌株.誘變株之一的靈芝CJXN-980222菌株硒含量有很大的提高,比出發(fā)株提高9.4%,生物量比出發(fā)株高14.3%.
