【摘要】 采用石蠟切片法對(duì)多脂鱗傘(Pholiota adiposa)子實(shí)體個(gè)體發(fā)育進(jìn)行觀察,結(jié)果表明,多脂鱗傘原基初期卵球形,菌絲交織、致密;原基伸長(zhǎng)生長(zhǎng),外部交織菌絲變稀疏,邊緣形成一層染色呈黃褐色的菌絲,菌絲膨大,平行排列或凝結(jié)呈菌絲束,形成外菌幕。外菌幕菌絲在上部最為發(fā)達(dá),形成菌蓋菌幕,此時(shí)菌蓋開(kāi)始分化。同時(shí)原基下部邊緣菌絲平行排列并垂直生長(zhǎng),菌柄開(kāi)始分化。在菌蓋、菌柄和子實(shí)層原基交接處出現(xiàn)菌絲稀疏區(qū),菌褶腔在這一區(qū)域形成。由于半包膜的存在,菌環(huán)上無(wú)鱗片。菌蓋菌幕與菌蓋皮層相區(qū)分,而菌柄菌幕與菌柄皮層形態(tài)一致,只是菌柄菌幕菌絲繼續(xù)保持向外生長(zhǎng)特性。多脂鱗傘屬于半被果型中的雙菌幕發(fā)育型,發(fā)育順序表明是菌蓋菌柄發(fā)育型。
