【摘要】 豬肚菇是一種有著極大開發(fā)前景的珍稀食用菌,對豬肚菇的學名、分類地位、生物學特性、營養(yǎng)價值、活性成分、液體培養(yǎng)栽培技術和遺傳育種等方面的研究現(xiàn)狀進行了綜述,并對其開發(fā)前景和存在問題進行了展望。

【Abstract】 Panus giganteus is a very rare edible fungus with good development prospect.The present situation of scientific name,taxonomic status,biological characteristics,nutritional value,active components,liquid culture and genetic breeding of P.giganteus were introduced,while the future research prospect and problems were suggested in this paper.
