【中文摘要】 本文對采自新疆烏恰縣的阿魏菇菌絲生長特性進(jìn)行初步實驗,結(jié)果表明,在試驗范圍內(nèi)阿魏菇菌絲體最適碳源為蔗糖和淀粉,最適氮源為蛋白胨和酵母膏;最適溫度為27℃;培養(yǎng)基最適含水量為64%;最適pH為7;菌絲在黑暗條件下生長良好;適宜的CO2濃度可刺激菌絲的生長。

【英文摘要】 Fastest growth of Pleurotus ferulae mycelium was recorded at 27 ℃ on media adjusted to pH 7.0 and a moisture content of 64%,containing either sucrose or starch as carbon sources,either peptone or yeast extract as nitrogen sources,and in the absence of illumination. Mycelial growth was further enhanced when the CO2 concentration in the surrounding atmosphere was increased within in a certain range.
