【中文摘要】 應用模式研究發(fā)酵研究了種子菌齡、接種量、通氣量對金針菇 (Flammulinavelu tipes)液體發(fā)酵菌絲體產量的影響。最佳發(fā)酵條件為 :搖瓶種子菌齡 4~ 7d ,種子罐菌齡 4 8h ,接種量 15%,通氣量前 4 8h為 1∶1V/V/min ,后 4 8h為 1∶1.5V/V/min ,發(fā)酵時間 96h。干菌絲體產量可高達 4 8.38g/L。
【英文摘要】 The effects of spawn age, inoculating rate and aerating rate on mycelial yield of Flammulina velutipes under submerged culture were studied. TS-O model research fermentor was used in this study. It was proved in our study that the optimal fermentation conditions were as follows: 4~7d for shaking bottle spawn age, 48h for seed tank age, 15% inoculation rate, 1∶1 aerating rate for the first 48h of fermentation process and 1∶1.5 aerating rate for the late 48h of fermentation process, controlling the fermentation temperature at 25℃, the fermentation period at 96h, the stirring speed at 240r/min, the medium loading rate at 70% and the pressure at 0.05 MPa for the fermentation tank. Under the optimum fermentation conditions,the mycelial yield could reach as high as 48.38g/L.
