【中文摘要】 通過(guò)在阿魏菇培養(yǎng)基中加入不同含量的阿魏粉,分別觀察不同含量下菌絲長(zhǎng)勢(shì)、現(xiàn)蕾時(shí)間和產(chǎn)量的差異。結(jié)果表明培養(yǎng)基中添加不同含量阿魏粉,對(duì)菌絲生長(zhǎng)的影響不顯著,而阿魏粉含量占培養(yǎng)基干重的9%~11%時(shí),集中現(xiàn)蕾期可提前6d,出菇率高且菌袋污染率低,總產(chǎn)量與未加阿魏粉比較可提高21kg。通過(guò)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)分析顯示此方法經(jīng)濟(jì)可行,有推廣價(jià)值。
【英文摘要】 This experiment observed that the growth of mycelium,bud appearing time and output of the mushroom by adding different content of powder of P.ferulae in the culture medium.The experiment result showed that different P.ferulae powder content have not notable effect on the growing of Pleuratus ferulae.When the percentage of P.ferulae was 9%-11%,bud appearing time was 6 days earlier than the antitheses,mushroom ratio was high and living contaminants rate was low.The output was about 21kg more than the antitheses.Finally,it was proved that this method is doable to be extended with economic analysis.
