【中文摘要】 對平菇的7個菌種進行了菌絲拮抗、長勢長速、耐熱性、抗霉力、生育期和生物學效率測定和分析,結果表明:7個菌種隸屬與3個菌株;Pn5和Pn7的菌絲長勢好、長速快、抗逆能力強、生育期短、生物學效率高,是優(yōu)良菌種;Pn3和Pn4抗逆能力最差。

【英文摘要】 The antagonism,growth potential and rate,heat-resistance,anti-mould,growth stages and biomass yield of 7 spawns of Pleurotus ostreatus were determined and analyzed.The results showed that 7 spawns sub-ordinated 3 strains,Pn5 and Pn7,with good growth potential and fast growth rate,high tolerance ability,short duration to form fruit body and high biologic efficiency,being the best strains,and Pn3 and Pn4 being the inferior mithridatism.
