【中文摘要】 青海省互助縣地處西北高原 ,氣候冷涼干燥 ,在當地農業(yè)史上從未有過蘑菇生產。隨著西部開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略的實施 ,互助縣利用當地豐富的麥秸和牛糞資源 ,發(fā)展蘑菇生產獲得成功。在簡易菇棚內栽培 ,4～ 10月份為出菇適宜期 ,鮮菇平均產率約 8kg/m2 。

【英文摘要】 Huzhu County of Qinghai Province locates at the high plateau in the northwest of China.There the climate is cold and dry and has been no the cultivation of Agaricus bisporus in its agriculture history.Along with the strategic of northwest exploitation has been bring into effect,the culture of A.bisporus was succeed in this Northwest of China.The production ratio of fresh mushroom is 8 kg/m2.
