【中文摘要】 研究了草菇厚垣孢子在不同的C/N比的培養(yǎng)基中產(chǎn)生的數(shù)量。結(jié)果表明 ,不同的C/N比對草菇厚垣孢子的形成有一定的影響 ,其最佳的C/N比為 30～ 4 0。草菇品種間產(chǎn)生厚垣孢子的數(shù)量的差異并不顯著。另外 ,本試驗(yàn)首次定量分析了厚垣孢子的產(chǎn)量數(shù) ,對常規(guī)性分析方法進(jìn)行了改進(jìn)。

【英文摘要】 Quantity of chlamydospore of Volvariella volvacea which cultivated in different culture medium with various C/N ratios in this paper was investigated.The results indicated that the reproduction of the chlamydospore of Volvariella volvacea was influenced greatly by various C/N ratios,with the optimal ratios being 30-40.However,there was not significant reproduction of chlamydospore of difference in Volvariella volvacea.In addition,it was firstly demonstrated that the quantitative analysis of reproduction of chlamydospore was developed in this study,while the routine analysis improved.
