【中文摘要】 對引進的姬松茸菌種進行了液體培養(yǎng)基的篩選研究 ,認為姬松茸液體培養(yǎng)最適合的培養(yǎng)基配方為 :玉米粉 3 0 % ,酵母提取物 0 3% ,蔗糖 2 0 % ,硫酸銨0 0 5 % ,硫酸鎂 0 1% ,磷酸二氫鉀 0 1%。在這種培養(yǎng)基中 ,姬松茸生長旺盛 ,產(chǎn)生的菌絲球數(shù)量多 ,顏色白 ,大小均一 ,8d后生物量達 5 3 9%mg/L (DW)。

【英文摘要】 Agaricus blazei Murrill is one of the edible and medicinal fungi.In this paper,through the selection and study of the improted Agaricus blazei Murrill in submerged culture medium,the experimental results show that the most suitable composition of the Agaricus blazeiMurrill submerged culture medium is as follow:3 0% corn powder,0 3% yeast concentration,2 0% sugar,0 05%(NH 4) 2SO 4,0 1%MgSO 4,0 1%KH 2PO 4.In this liquid medium,the mycelium grows vigorous,it gets to 539mg/100mL(DW)for 8 days.
