【中文摘要】 本文通過在高美施培養(yǎng)基中添加不同濃度的硫酸鋅對三個(gè)供試平菇菌株的生理反應(yīng)試驗(yàn)，證明鋅是促進(jìn)平菇菌絲生長發(fā)育和生物合成的微量元素之一；發(fā)現(xiàn)高美施對平菇母種菌絲吸收利用鋅元素有增效作用；不同品種對鋅營養(yǎng)的需求不同，200×10－6的硫酸鋅是促進(jìn)平菇菌絲生長發(fā)育所需的最佳鋅營養(yǎng)條件。

【英文摘要】 Experiments were carried out with three strains of Pleurotus which were growing in KOMIX substrata added different concentration of zinc sulphate. The results showed that zinc was one of the microelements which promoted the growth and biosynthesis of Pleurotus hypha; KOMIX was beneficial to Pleurotus hypha for assimilationg and utilizing zinc element. Although three Pleurotus varieties varied in zinc requirement. The suitable concentration of zinc sulphate for the growth and development of Pleurotus hypha was 200 ×10-6.
