【中文摘要】 運用化學(xué)發(fā)光分析法研究了５種食用菌（子實體）水提物抗氧化的作用。其結(jié)果表明５種食用菌水提物對Ｈ＿２Ｏ＿２或由酶體系及非酶體系產(chǎn)生的超氧化物自由基都有不同程度的清除作用，并呈量效關(guān)系。提示這５種女用菌水提物中含有杭氧化作用的成份。

【英文摘要】 Chembluminescance analysis method was used in this research to the antioxidativeeffect on 5 kinds of edible fungi grain aqueous extract,It is quantitative effect curvewher antioxidative,The results show that the 5 kinds of edible fungi aqueous extract havecleared the H_2O_2 or superoxide produced by enzyme system and non-enzytne systemin no same degrees results also indicate that aqueous extract in 5 kinds edible fungi hasthe same antioxidative effect.
