【中文摘要】 酸性蛋白酶抑制劑─福菇肽能有好地抑制食用菌體內的酸性蛋白酶的活力,激活中性蛋白酶的活力,調節(jié)食用菌體內蛋白酶的代謝,具有促進子實體形成、增加子實體的數目、加速子實體生長的作用。將酸性蛋白酶抑制劑作為菇類增產劑應用于食用菌生產上表現出優(yōu)良的生物學效應:促進生長效應、后勁效應與優(yōu)質效應。有效地增加菇的產量、提高菇的品質,在大面積推廣應用中展示出顯著的經濟效益與社會效益和廣闊的應用前景。
【英文摘要】 Theprote inase inhibitor inhibits effectively the acid proteinase and activates the natutralproteinase in the bodies of mushrooms,It can not only promote the formation of fruitingbodies of mushrooms and increase the number of them,but also raise the utilization rationof the nutrition of the medium by mushrooms.The good biological properties are shownwhen the acid proteinase inhibitor used as a mushroom production increasing agent,which are characterized by the quick growing effect, high quality effect and delayedeffect, Thus the production of mushrooms can be increased remarkably and the qualityof the mushrooms raised evidently with the utilization of the inhibitor,The large scaleand popular application of the acid proteinase inhibitor will create a great social andeconomical effect.
